Support Policy

Support Cover - Software Products

Support cover is provided via email during normal working hours for customers with active support packages. No support is available outside of working hours.

We do not provide support for customization-related questions e.g. template modifications or feature additions and do not support any problems as a result of modifications you have made to the service/product. We may require you to upgrade to the latest stable version of our products before providing support since bug fixes may solve the problems you are experiencing.

Support Cover - Hosting

Support cover is provided via e-mail/ticket and telephone during normal working hours. No support is available outside of working hours but all servers are monitored 24/7 from multiple locations with immediate response times for down services.

Normal Working Hours

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Mountain Time.
