If moving the Arctic installation or server characteristics are changing, such as hostname or IP address, a license key error will be seen. The CAS license database must be updated and a new key obtained. If the problem still persists afterward, it MIGHT be due to an older installation referencing the former license database (used to be at ArcticTracker.com and is now at CentralAccountServices.com).
